Avery Dennison’s SSC Cork provides the following services for our companies in Europe:

* Operations:

* Accounts Receivable – Cash Application, Cash Collection and Order, Credit Management;

* Accounts Payable – Processing of supplier invoices and payments, Coding of AP indirect invoices, Reconciliation of bank accounts;

* General Accounting – Independent Balance Sheet reviews, Statutory Account preparation, W-Schedule (Tax) preparation;

* VAT/Global Trade Management (GTM) – VAT compliance, Global Trade support of business decisions, determination of GTM processes, risks and opportunities.

* Project Management;

* Provide Finance support to Avery Dennison’s major Projects. Where there is impact on SSC Finance processes/systems, this team will be responsible for developing a standard design. The Projects team comprises of representatives for each major Finance function: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Accounting (incl. Fixed Assets).
